How to Prepare for a Neurographica Session

Practical guidance on materials, space, and mindset so you can have an effective Neurographica session

You don’t need much to start.
Mindset
  • No rushing

  • No expectations

  • Curiosity instead of judgment

A common beginner mistake is trying to “fix” something too fast. Neurographica works better when you allow the process to unfold.

Your role is to draw and observe, not to force outcomes.

Environment
  • Quiet space

  • 20–60 minutes without interruption

  • Comfortable seating

Materials
