4 Main Elements of Neurographica
An overview of the basic elements used in Neurographica

In Neurographic drawing we use four basic elements:
line
circle
triangle
square
These shapes are simple, but they carry symbolic meaning.
Line
Movement, connection, process.
Circle
Wholeness, safety, integration.
Triangle
Direction, action, focus.
Square
Stability, structure, boundaries.
There is no fixed interpretation. What matters is:
how you feel when you draw them
what associations arise for you
Two people can draw the same shape and experience it completely differently.
Neurographica teaches you to observe your response.
